I have a dear friend whom I have been friends with for over 25 years. She is a die hard vegetarian. She will eat cheese and eggs, but never in her life or her child’s have they consumed meat. I make her vegetarian tamales every so often, but this time I made chopped pork tamales for us this morning. I knew she was coming over so I had my daughter give them to her. At work I saw my facebook and it said “Eating up Tanya’s yummy tamales!! Thank you Tanya”! I got home about and hour ago and realized they were the pork tamales. I don’t understand how she couldn’t tell : ( She has never had meat, and I just don’t know if I should tell her or not. I value our friendship and support her being a vegetarian, along with her 4 year old daughter. Should I tell her or not? She really has no idea, so I don’t know if I should just leave well enough alone. If you are a vegetarian, could you forgive a friend for this huge mistake?

I know it is a little weird in someone of my age (15) but like the title says I’m really afraid of darkness. Whenever I’m in some dark place I imagine every kind of terrifying creatures that will attack me or something stupid. And, since I’m really creative, just imagine the horrible things that pass through my mind. I really and absolutely try to think of good things and happy stuff, but it’s never successful, I am unable to imagine nice things instead of scary ones. Also, I think that it is because I have a trauma with a movie about a really ugly creature, I was 10 when I watched it, it was a R movie; also since I was a little girl I always had nightmares but I don’t know why. I hope you can help me with this and tell me more or less how i can overcome this terrible fear. By the way, I’m considering about going to a psychologist, please tell me if they really help with this kind of problems.
